GENERAL PROVISIONS
The organiser of the "Cracow/Bielsko Biała Shoulder Course. Arthroscopy and arthroplasty - are there any limits?" are the companies:

""Cracow/Bielsko Biała Shoulder Course. Arthroscopy and arthroplasty - are there any limits?"", hereinafter referred to as the Conference, is held on the date and venue indicated by Sans Souci Damian Gruszczyński, Ewa Maza sp. j., hereinafter referred to as the Organiser.
The participants of the Conference include medical specialists, diagnosticians, students, residents, nurses and persons authorised to prescribe or trade in medicinal products, as well as other persons professionally related to the subject of the Conference and representatives of sponsors.
The Conference will include scientific and didactic sessions, educational sessions, workshops, an exhibition of pharmaceutical and equipment companies and a poster session.
The substantive scope of the scientific and didactic sessions of the Conference is entirely created by the Scientific Committee, the composition of which is determined by the Organiser.
The Organiser reserves the right to change the date and venue of the Conference in a justified case and upon approval of the Scientific Committee.
The provisions of these Regulations are an integral part of the Conference Application Form and apply to all Participants.

The rights and obligations of the Participant and the Organiser set out in these Regulations shall apply exclusively during the Conference, i.e. from 16.02.2024 to 17.02.2024.
RULES OF PARTICIPATION
In order to participate in the scientific and didactic sessions of the Conference, it is necessary to apply for participation by filling in the application form available on the website https://shoulder-course.pl or by filling in a written application in the Organizer's conference office during the days of the Conference and to pay the Conference fee in accordance with the price list of fees published on the Conference website.
Participation in scientific and didactic sessions of the Conference is charged in accordance with the price list published on the Conference website.
Participants cover the cost of travel on their own.
In order to receive the Certificate confirming participation in the Conference, the Participant voluntarily and free of charge provides the Organiser with his/her personal data in a written or electronic form. The data necessary for the issue of the certificate are in particular: first name, surname, e-mail address, number, specialisation, type, and name of place of work. The data provided is stored by the Organiser and is subject to the Personal Data Protection Act of 10 May 2018 (RODO).
In accordance with the Act of 10 May 2018 on the Protection of Personal Data (RODO), the Organiser does not transfer, sell or lend the collected personal data of Participants to other persons or institutions. The personal data provided by the Participant (name, address, telephone number, email address, year of birth) is treated as confidential information and is used only for the purpose of communication between the Participant and the Conference Organiser.
METHODS OF PAYMENT FOR GOODS
- As part of the PayU Service, the Payment Operator handles:
- Payments made by electronic transfers, including non-cash payments in Polish money made by online transfers,
- Payments made by traditional transfers made outside the Internet or other electronic transfers,
- Payments made with payment cards, including non-cash payments in Polish money made with payment cards that have been approved by banks for transactions in the Internet environment,
- Payments made using other methods made available by the Payment Operator, allowing for the repayment of liabilities of Buyers to Sellers.

ORDER PROCESSING TIME
- Order processing time is up to two working days.
- After completing the registration form and booking the payment (applies to stationary participation in the conference), the participant will receive an e-mail confirming registration and access data to the online broadcast.
- Stationary participants will receive an orgazniaational information package and meeting agenda up to 7 days before the start of the Conference.
COMPLAINTS AND RETURNS
- The participant has 14 days to return/withdraw from the contract without giving any reason or referring to the Act of 30 May 2014 on consumer rights, article 27
- DG EVENTSFACTORY, based in Wągrowiec, 41a/10 Lipowa Street, 62-100 Wągrowiec, is responsible for complaints and returns.
- Any complaints of the Conference Participants against the Organiser should be submitted in writing by registered letter to the registered address of the Organiser.
- Complaints of the Conference Participants may be submitted no later than within 7 days after the end of the Training.
- To cancel your registration or to advertise your participation in the Conference, please send a written request to the Sans Souci Organising Office at biuro@sans-souci.pl. Please note that refunds will be made at the end of the Conference and penalty amounts will be deducted from the refund amount. The registration fee is refundable as specified below.

FINAL PROVISIONS
- In the event that the Conference does not take place for reasons beyond the Organiser's control, the participant is not entitled to any compensation or refund of any participation fees.
- Sending a registration application implies acceptance of the provisions of these Regulations.
- In matters not regulated by these Regulations, the provisions of the Civil Code shall apply.
- The Organiser is not responsible for Participants' belongings which may be lost, damaged or stolen during the Conference.
- Participants bear full material responsibility for any damage they cause on the premises where any activities related to the medical course series are conducted.
